The Hunter’s Mirror will also show enemy types that you’ve not encountered yet, so you might want to hold off on unlocking this until you’ve played through a fair bit of the game.Dead Cells fans impatiently awaiting the arrival of the game's massive free Rise of the Giant DLC on Switch, following its PC release in March, may now unclench: developer Motion Twin has confirmed via a post to the console's News channel, that it's coming next week, on 23rd May. However, do be warned that you can actually be spoiled on the game this way. This makes it much easier for players to keep track of which blueprints they’re missing, and will allow them to farm the right enemy types more easily. The cool thing about the Hunter’s Mirror in Dead Cells is that whenever you look at it, it’ll show you an enemy type that still holds a blueprint that you’ve yet to obtain. Once you turn the blueprint in to the Collector, you’ll need to contribute 150 cells to unlock the Mirror itself, and it’ll always appear at the start of every run in the Prisoners’ Quarters.

If you’re feeling brave, break the door for the blueprint without paying up. However, do note that the Showroom items are all locked behind golden doors, which means that you can either pay the required amount of gold to open them, or break them and receive a curse.Įither way, once you unlock the Specialist’s Showroom, head over and purchase the Hunter’s Mirror blueprint if you’ve got the gold. There is also a chance that the Showroom could spawn randomly, and it’s possible to get the Hunter’s Mirror blueprint from the store then. To unlock the Specialist’s Showroom blueprint, you’ll first need to unlock at least 20 items with the Collector, then pay 150 cells to get the Showroom to spawn 100% of the time in the Prisoners’ Quarters. Getting the Hunter’s Mirror in Dead Cellsįirst things first, the Hunter’s Mirror is an item that can only be obtained from the Specialist’s Showroom, which is a special store that spawns in the Prisoners’ Quarters.
